But you would need to create the item with the action of 'Delete'. You can create a print object directing to the printer and server it is currently shared from. (using GPP is a much better way to deploy printers) Either a User or Computer based preference depening on which of these the current printer is deployed to. To ensure it is completely removed you may need to create a Group Policy Preference for a printer item. This will only prevent the printer from being deployed. Highlight the relevant printer name, then click the 'Remove' button. The resulting pop-up window will take a few seconds to load and should show you what GPO the printer has been assigned to.
